To effectively curb hunger, user should consume 1 capsule 30 to 45 minutes before each meal.

Although they asserted that their clinical trial showed an average decreased in body fat of 3.3% and lost of 10 pounds in 28 days, nothing was mentioned about the size of the trial group and the statistical significance of the trial. Also, it is not known whether a double-bind, placebo-controlled trail was conducted to measured the effectiveness of this hoodia supplement.
Even though some users claimed that it effectively curbed appetite without any side effects, one user claimed to develop black spots and acne on her face after taking it.
No relevant certificates (CITES and COA) were available to prove that they are using real and authentic hoodia gordonii from South Africa.
At $49 for a month supply, this hoodia weight loss pills can be considered a high end product, which does not appears to be popular. Neither does it have many successful users to justify the pricing.
