1) Watching What He Eats
First he stopped his late night supper. He also cut down on all the fried and sweet stuff. This means less fried chicken wings and sodas. He focused his food choice on unrefined carbohydrates particularly those with lower glycemic index.
When oil is needed during food preparation, he instructed his wife to use only extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil. These are oils that are beneficial to the human body.
2) Curb Hunger with Unique Hoodia
He reduced his daily food intake by about 800 calories (halved his meal portion size). That would be real challenge for him had it not for Unique Hoodia. He was smart to use hoodia supplement to curb his hunger.
